Functional Responsibilities
The successful Fire Controlman (AEGIS) will perform engineering analysis, assessments, investigations, engineering support, and evaluations for AEGIS Weapon System (AWS), AEGIS Combat System (ACS), weapons, and weapon system element performance in accordance with associated specifications.

Description of Duties
Some specific tasking will include:

  • Provide technical and engineering support of computer program development testing and shipboard systems testing. Testing will involve diverse customers and programs, including the United States Navy, Missile Defense Agency, Foreign Military Sales, and other programs as required. Support includes definition, planning, execution, analysis and reporting of computer program development, production, and shipboard combat system testing.

  • You must hold a valid driver’s license

  • You must own a reliable motor vehicle

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • US Navy Fire Controlman AEGIS

  • Exact Career Level assignment shall be determined by years of expierence

 Required Skills and Certifications:

  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter

  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance

Other required skills/experience:

  • Your resume/cv accepted by our customer

  • Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Tool suite

  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates

  • Self-starter drive and ability to translate, write and speak to technical issues

  • Ability to take direction from several sources and execute seamlessly in a timely fashion

  • Ability to multi-task
